Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has announced that Class 10 and 12 toppers will be given the opportunity to serve as District Magistrate (DM) and Superintendent of Police (SP) for one day in their respective districts.
The initiative is aimed at encouraging academic excellence, boosting confidence among students, and giving them firsthand exposure to administrative responsibilities.
CM Dhami also announced the launch of ‘River Festivals’ across the state to promote awareness about river conservation and community participation in protecting natural resources
