Bobby Panwar, President of Swabhiman Morcha Uttarakhand, released a poster alleging that Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has spent ₹65 lakh so far on social media PR. Sharing the expenditure details, he claimed that while the state is burdened with debt, CM Dhami is spending lakhs of rupees on just one social media account to promote his image. He termed it a misuse of public funds and asserted that such actions will lead to the BJP being ousted from power.
