Uttarakhand is all set to witness one of the biggest adventure and cultural festivals as the Himalayan O2 – Tehri Lake Festival will be held from 6 to 9 March 2026 at Tehri Lake. The four day festival aims to promote tourism and provide a platform for youth to showcase their talent.
The festival will feature a unique blend of adventure sports, cultural activities and competitive events. From thrilling rafting and water adventures on the lake to football competitions on the ground, participants will get an opportunity to experience excitement and competition together.
Several engaging activities such as MasterChef competition, Kite Festival, Astro Night and Ganga Aarti will also be part of the celebration, making the event a vibrant mix of adventure, culture and entertainment.
Organized by the Tourism Department and District Administration Tehri, the festival is expected to attract participants and visitors from across the state and beyond, giving a boost to local tourism and the economy.
The event will provide youth a major platform to showcase their talent, gain recognition and experience the spirit of adventure in the scenic surroundings of Tehri Lake.
